I can't browse and order products on your website?
In short, no. We work with our clients to plan & price each order from scratch. This results in significantly lower pricing, infinitely more options, and the greatest possible flexibility.

Your salesperson can show you a wide array of products in your area(s) of interest, and provide online and offline manufacturer catalogs.
We are considering offering select items for online ordering in the future, but we will always recommend getting in touch first, for the best pricing, selection, and service.
Do you match prices?
We can usually do better! While we cannot offer a blanket guarantee, we do invite our clients to send in competing quotes & advertisments, which we are happy to match or beat in almost all cases.
Will I see a proof or sample first?
Yes! You will receive a detailed digital mockup for your review with every new order, and nothing will proceed without explicit approval.
If you would like a blank item sample before ordering, or a single-piece test run of your custom product, these are also available. Just let us know that you are interested when you request a quote
How soon will I receive my order?
How soon do you need it? Select items can be produced and shipped in as little as 24 hours, while longer production times allow us to offer the best pricing, best selection, and additional capabilities for imprints/customization.
Please inform your salesperson of your deadlines, and rest assured that we work with rush projects nearly every day.
What about payment?
For first-time orders, your salesperson will set up an account and confirm your billing details personally before finalizing any orders. Net 30 terms are available. For general orders, billing & payments will be processed by our partner company, Kaeser & Blair.
Your salesperson will be happy to discuss any particular needs you may have for purchase order processing, authorizations, and etc.
